Orders from anywhere but Senegal:
Based on stock availability, orders purchased online and paid on our website will be shipped from Dakar, Senegal using DHL Senegal or from Toronto, Canada using Canada Post Xpress Post . You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.

UNFORESEEN SHIPPING ISSUES
From the time your package leaves Bouswari until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with the shipping/transportation company or the post office service in your country. After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer's responsibility. Bouswari cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Missing package claims must be filed by the customer. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact us.
DUTIES
Some customs duties and taxes might apply for orders shipped from Senegal. Please contact info@bouswari.com if you have any questions or concerns.
SIGNATURE
All international packages require a signature upon delivery; a tracking number will be provided once the package ships.
Orders from Senegal
All orders from Senegal are delivered at home. You can complete the payment online using one of the online payment options or pay at delivery by cash, Orange Money or cheque. If you wish to pay at delivery, please choose the option Cash on Delivery (COD) at checkout. A delivery fee of $6 (2500CFA) applies to all deliveries in Senegal.
